How to get refunds

If you didn’t get the chance to see SEVENTEEN live in 2019, or you just want to party with them again, here’s some good news:

SEVENTEEN are coming back to Japan in May 2020 for a bunch of stadium shows!

If you are not a CARAT member yet, it could be worth joining for the ticket lottery.

TICKET CATEGORIES

Reserved seats (指定席): ¥11,000
Reserved seats with restricted view (注釈付き指定席): ¥11,000

“Restricted view” means that from these seats the stage is only partially visible or not visible at all. There might be building structures blocking the view, or the seats might be behind the stage.

TICKET SALES PHASES

All except extra shows:

  1. CARAT Fan Club preorder lottery: December 20th to January 6th
    For fans who become members of the fan club before Dec 15th.
  2. Playguide preorder lotteriesTicket Pia / Lawson Tickets (until Feb 25th)
  3. General sale: March 8th
    On playguides; smallest chance to get tickets

Tip: Ticket Shopping Services might be able to help you with purchasing from playguides or Japanese resellers.

For extra shows:

  1. CARAT Fan Club preorder lottery: February 2nd to March 2nd
    For fans who become members of the fan club before Feb 16th.
  2. Additional fan club sale rounds (not confirmed but common)
  3. Playguide preorder lotteries: TBA
  4. General sale: April 19th
    On playguides; smallest chance to get tickets

Tip: Ticket Shopping Services might be able to help you with purchasing from playguides or Japanese resellers.

Resale tickets: If you couldn’t purchase tickets through the fan club or general sale, resale tickets might be the only remaining option, BUT they are gamble because there might be ID/name checks at the entrance.
Outside Japan, resale tickets might be available on Viagogo.
