The Panama women’s national soccer team was founded in 2000 and has competed in several international tournaments, including CONCACAF Women’s World Cup Qualifiers and the Pan American Games. Although they have not yet won any major championships, the team has shown significant improvement in recent years and is considered a rising force in women’s football. The team’s home matches are played at the Estadio Rommel Fernández, which has a seating capacity of 32,000.
