Kyoto Sanga FC is a professional football team based in Kyoto, Japan. They were founded in 1991 and currently compete in the J2 League, the second tier of Japanese football. The team has not won a J.League championship to date. The team’s home games are played at the Nishikyogoku Athletic Stadium, which has a seating capacity of 20,588.
